This beautiful home features a spacious open-plan living and entertaining area that flows onto a large, north-facing sheltered deck with breathtaking waterfront views.

• Outdoor Living: Expansive deck with a gas BBQ, dining table, and seating for relaxation or casual entertaining.
• Upstairs Living: Open fireplace, gourmet kitchen, and dining area fully equipped with ample cutlery, crockery, and utensils.
• Downstairs Rumpus Room: Includes a kitchenette, T.V., DVD collection, ping pong table, foosball= table, and extra bunk beds to accommodate up to 10 guests.
• Garden & Waterfront Access: Large grassed garden, deck overlooking the water, and direct access to the waterfront reserve walking track linking Killcare, Hardys Bay, and Pretty Beach.
• Parking: Ample off-street parking with a double carport.

Bedding Configuration:
• 1 x King bed
• 1 x Queen bed
• 2 x Single beds (can be made into a King)
• 2 x King Single bunk beds (made upon request)

Things to Do:
Take a bushwalk along the Bouddi Coastal Walk, which stretches all the way to Macmasters Beach.
Swim at the patrolled Killcare Beach and grab some lunch at the surf club cafe
The Bouddi National Park is a natural delight, with walking trails, mountain biking tracks, fishing spots and beautiful beaches that are a world away from the daily grind.
Walk to and enjoy our local cafes and restaurants.

Fantastic property, very spacious, perfect for our family group of 9. North facing so can catch sunrise and sunset from the deck. Well appointed kitchen and rooms and lots of games, puzzles, tv upstairs and downstairs in rumpus. Will definitely come here again. 5 stars
