Master - queen bed with ensuite
Bedroom 2 - queen bed
Bedroom 3 - tri-bunk, double + single bed

Seperate cabin on the rear of the property:
Bedroom 1 - queen bed with ensuite
Bedroom 2 - double bed
NB: Please note the room configuration in the cabin. Bedroom 1 must be accessed via Bedroom 2, there is a door separating the two for privacy, but please keep this in mind when allocating sleeping space to your guests.
The cabin has split system air-conditioning.

There is another listing - 'Ocean View on the Esplanade' on the upper level of this property, This is a smaller property that sleeps up to 7 people. Beachfront is the lower apartment & cabin , and you will share the driveway and entry courtyard with the upper apartment. Please take this into consideration when booking.
Parking is the shared driveway at the entry to the property to please park directly in front of each garage door to allow for the downstairs apartment guests
