THE ONE is situated at Palm Beach which gives you easy access from Coolangatta Airport (8 minute drive) whilst being in one of the most beautiful parts of the Gold Coast. The property is a short 5 minute drive to Burleigh Heads and James Street and only a 15 minute drive to Broadbeach which is home to The Star Casino, the Gold Coast Convention Centre, Pacific Fair Shopping Mall and Broadbeach’s fabulous restaurant strip.

Tariff is based on an average 8 person stay. (additional guests are $30 per person per night).
Children 2 years and under stay FREE.
There is a standard linen and cleaning fee of $395 and a $77 booking fee.

THE BEACHFRONT LOCATION WAS AMAZING!!
Definitely a prime luxury property. Beautiful, spacious apartment with stunning fixtures, wonderful facilities complete with BBQ, gated pool and full beachfront access. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped with Miele appliances, stone benchtops and even had a butlers pantry. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and smooth. The staff at Vogue were lovely. WE LOVED THE ONE!
I can completely recommend The One @ Palm Beach for a family holiday retreat. This luxury apartmewnt is located right on the beach. The sunrises and views in the morning are to die for. If you are lucky you can watch the whales swim by! The living and outdoors areas are perfect to relax. Located only a short walk from the stunning Talebudgera Creek makes this property great for the young family with children. Relax, Relax... Also have to add that the team at Vogue are just a call away and very quick to respond. . Tommy W
A BRILLIANT HOLIDAY!
My family and I (6 adults & 2 children) have just spent a week at The One @ Palm Beach. A quiet location with good facilities, we especially enjoyed the beach and the outdoor bbq area and the swimming pool. It was great to be so close to the beach, and shops were only a short drive away. The team at Vogue were very friendly and welcoming on our arrival. Would have loved a few more days here and I would definitely recommend this lovely home for a family holiday. Debra J
A GREAT PLACE FOR A HOLIDAY!
We have recently returned from a week at The ONE for a family holiday. There were 7 of us, and it was a perfect place for our purposes. Ample room for everyone, lovely large and open living areas, lots of bedrooms with comfortable beds, pool, bbq area, undercover parking and direct beach access. It was a great find, and we all had a super time. Pleasant, too, to be a little bit removed from the hub of Surfers Paradise and all the accompanying traffic. A great find! Terry C
AMAZING PROPERTY! HOME AWAY FROM HOME!
Staying at The One @ Palm Beach was amazing! The view of the ocean was spectacular! ... The apartment was very comfortable. Rooms a great size, beds very comfy. Kitchen was stunning and well appointed with Miele appliances and it even had a butlers pantry. Utilised the outdoor BBQ area alot on our stay. Pool - kids loved it... It was great to sit back and relax on the balcony after a big day at all the Theme Parks. We really enjoyed our family holiday - staying at this property made it all the more enjoyable. Thanks!! THE ONE – WE LOVED OUR STAY!
Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality. It has certainly been our most memorable holiday. It was exactly what we wanted, fun, relaxation, and to smile and laugh again. We were able to do all of those things without leaving this beautiful apartment. The only thing we regret was that we did not book it for long enough.
