The home is fully fenced for security and privacy, yet the home has views from every bedroom and living area. And the golden sands of Palm Beach is only 40m away!
Entrance to the property is via the first floor, which has a teenage lounge to hang out, 3rd bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a private swimming pool and BBQ area. Level 2 is the open living lounge, dining, large kitchen and balcony which is perfect for sitting to take in the views. The second level also has a kids bedroom with two single beds. Up on level three, there is the master bedroom with private balcony and ensuite bathroom and the second bathroom, shared between the two other bedrooms on this level.
Everything you need for a fabulous holiday is within walking distance: Cafes, Bars and Restaurants if dining out is your preferred, and supermarkets, butchers and deli’s if you prefer to dine in. Sun lounge’s by the pool for swimming and relaxing at home, or the Palm Beach Surf Club for patrolled beach fun in the sand and surf.
